Huawei has now released the MatePad Pro 13.2 2025 globally, having unveiled the tablet in China last November. To recap, the new MatePad Pro 13.2 measures 289.1 x 196.1 x 5.5 mm and weighs 580 g. In other words, the tablet is between the iPad Pro 13 and Galaxy Tab S10 Plus (curr. $802.43 on Amazon) in size, even though it has a larger display than both its rivals.
Specifically, Huawei equips the MatePad Pro 13.2 2025 with a 13.2-inch OLED display that outputs at 2,880 x 1,920 pixels with a 262 PPI pixel density and a 94% screen-to-body ratio. The large display is also said to deliver up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, albeit likely only when viewing HDR content. Incidentally, while Huawei mentions that FullView and PaperMatte finishes are optional, it seems that some markets have received one and some the other.
Regardless, all variants ship with a new Kirin T92 chipset, 12 GB of RAM, 512 GB of storage and a 38.89 Wh battery (10,100 mAh/3.85V) that should reach full charge in just over an hour. Huawei includes a 50 MP primary camera too, as well as 16 MP front-facing and 8 MP ultra-wide-angle cameras.
Currently, the MatePad Pro 13.2 2025 is available with its Smart Magnetic Keyboard for £999.99, €1,199 and RM 4,999 (~$1,130) in the UK, Eurozone and Malaysia, respectively. This price also includes an M-Pencil Gen 3 and a wireless mouse as free gifts, which can be combined £150/€200/MYR 200 launch discounts. Please see Huawei's website for more details.
