Xiaomi has introduced the Pad 7 and 7 Pro as its latest Android tablets at MWC 2025, although the series is not thought to be complete quite yet.
The 7 and 7 Pro are thought to have a Max counterpart with the top-end specs missing from either bew slate. They might include Xiaomi's fastest 120W HyperCharge wired standard, according to a new leak.
The OEM has just submitted a tablet along with the requisite MDY-17-EB power brick to China's 3C regulator, which has reportedly confirmed that it can charge at up to 20 volts (V) and 6 amps (A) as the technology required.
If so, the leak indicates that Xiaomi will launch the device, currently known by the model number 25032RP42C, as its fastest-charging tablet to date, easily beating even the Pad 6 Max at 67W.
Its alleged successor is also thought to have a large ~10,000mAh battery to go with its ~14-inch display - which is also thought to be OLED for the first time in the Xiaomi Pad series' history.
Accordingly, it is now thought to become one of Xiaomi's more premium 2025 devices on its launch.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro: now available on Amazon in Europe.
