GMKtec has confirmed launch information about various other details about its first Intel Panther Lake mini-PC. Set to debut with a choice of new processors, the GMKtec EVO-T2 will also offer up to 16 TB of storage and 128 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, too.

GMKtec has shared more details about its successor to last year's EVO-T1 (curr. $999.99 on Amazon). First previewed in late November, GMKtec mentioned the EVO-T2 again just before the start of CES 2026. With Intel having now fully detailed its Panther Lake series, GMKtec has provided more insights into the EVO-T2, too.

Previously, GMKtec confirmed that the EVO-T2 would be available with a Core Ultra X9 388H, Intel's most powerful laptop-grade Panther Lake processor. Based on a recent press release, the EVO-T2 will be configurable with the lesser Core Ultra 5 338H and Core Ultra X7 368H, which feature fewer CPU cores and or a slower iGPU than the Core Ultra X9 388H.

Additionally, GMKtec clarifies that these processors will deliver up to an 80 W dynamic TDP, which the company will complement with up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 16 TB of storage across dual PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 5.0 slots. Moreover, the EVO-T2 leverages OCuLink and USB4 connectivity, as well as 2.5 Gbps and 10 Gbps Ethernet. GMKtec has scheduled the official release of the EVO-T2 for later this quarter. Pricing information remains unknown for now, though.
