Asus has quietly released the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR after listing it on its global website earlier this month. For the time being, the company is only selling the monitor in China. However, its pricing provides an insight into how much the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR may cost in other markets.
To recap, Asus bases the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR around a Gen 3 QD-OLED panel produced by Samsung. Measuring 32 inches diagonally, the panel also outputs at 4K and 240 Hz with 0.03 ms GtG response times and 250 nits full panel brightness. In that sense, the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR is identical to the old ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM (curr. $1,199.99 on Amazon).
With that being said, Asus has distinguished the former from the latter in three key areas, as we discussed last month during Computex 2025. In short, the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR features an 80 Gbps capable DisplayPort 2.1 port (UHBR20) that the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM lacks. As a result, the monitor has enough bandwidth to output at 4K and 240 Hz without relying on Display Stream Compression (DSC) stepping in.
Moreover, Asus has added its Neo Proximity Sensor and OLED Care Pro technologies to further reduce the chance of panel burn-in. The ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR is available for CNY 8,499 (~$1,185) in China via JD.com. For reference, this price matches how much Asus initially charged for the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM in the same country. Thus, previous suggestions that the ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDMR will reach the US for $1,299 seem accurate at this stage.
