Asus has finally released the cheapest version of the ROG NUC (2025) in China. Announced two months ago, the ROG NUC (2025) itself debuted back in January during CES 2025 with Intel Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 processors paired with an up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 laptop GPU.
For the time being, Asus is only offering the ROG NUC (2025) with the Core Ultra 9 275HX, which can be configured for as little as CNY 18,999 (~$2,644) in China with a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, 32 GB of RAM and a 2 TB SSD. Incidentally, there was supposed to be a cheaper 1 TB SSD option retailing for CNY 18,399 (~$2,561) too. However, ITHome does not mention that SKU in its latest report.
Now, it seems that Asus is preparing to release the same mini-PC en masse in other markets too. For context, the top-tier model landed in the US about six weeks ago for $2,849. Surprisingly, Asus has now raised this SKU's price to $3,199 on its website. By contrast, Amazon US has retained the SKU's original pricing for the time being. Currently, we can find the following three ROG NUC (2025) SKUs across Amazon's German, UK and UK stores:
