Terrible IPS display. By targeting the budget category, the Gram Book 15 loses all the selling points that make the Gram series so special in the first place. The few redeeming qualities aren't enough to make the system an easy recommendation.

A slow RTX 5080 and an insufficient power supply. The ThinkPad T16g is a powerful mobile workstation from Lenovo that uses regular GeForce GPUs instead of RTX PRO GPUs. The new model (design-wise identical to the ThinkPad P16 Gen 3) scores points for its feature set, but possesses weaknesses, especially in terms of performance.

Windows Ultrabook with up to 128 GB RAM. The XMG Evo 15 is a slim 15-inch laptop featuring Intel Arrow Lake, a bright matte IPS display, and solid overall features. It is a capable all-rounder with no major weaknesses and is available with either an Intel or an AMD processor. Update: SSD & SD-Express performance

Some cost-cutting measures. The ThinkPad P16v Gen 3 is a mobile workstation from Lenovo. There have been savings in some areas, such as the housing materials or the graphics and cooling performance. Nevertheless, the price is more than 2,800 Euros (~$3248). In our test, we find out whether this is justified.

Lots of power, lots of network, little space. The Minisforum MS-02 Ultra combines powerful Intel Core Ultra hardware with an exceptionally extensive range of features in a compact format. Thanks to its high computing power, integrated AI acceleration, and versatile expansion and network options, it is aimed at demanding users. HDR gaming at 120 Hz. With the Fusion 16, XMG now offers its first gaming laptop with an optional OLED display. But is the upgrade worth it for faster response times and HDR gaming, or is it better to stick with the IPS panel?

Slightly cheaper, but unfortunately much slower. The Yoga Pro 9 16 with GeForce RTX 5050 graphics is cheaper, cooler, and generally quieter than its more expensive RTX 5060 or 5070 options. Unfortunately, at almost $1800 retail, the system isn't that much less expensive than the higher-end configurations.

X1 Carbon Gen 12.5. We already tested the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 13, but only the model with Intel Lunar Lake and the OLED screen. Many customers are asking: What about the Arrow Lake version with IPS display, which is often cheaper and more readily available? We have tested it, to see what the differences are.

For students and home multimedia. The OmniBook 5 16 doesn't excel in any one particular area, but it gets all the basics right to be a great starter laptop for students or users on tighter budgets.

Legion 7 in a business outfit. With the ThinkBook 16p G6, Lenovo currently offers one of the best multimedia laptops on the market, which shows significant improvements over its predecessor. With a matte 240 Hz panel, a powerful HX processor and the mobile RTX 5060, it is a very good overall package.

1500 nits OLED touchscreen! The ThinkPad P1 Gen 8 may look the same as the previous generation model, but the new tandem OLED display option can improve the HDR viewing experience tremendously for those who value it.

Maximum power in the smallest space. With the Asus NUC 15 Pro+, Asus wants to show just how much performance can fit into a mini-sized case today. Compact dimensions and modern technology make the mini PC particularly interesting. But does the little powerhouse deliver what the performance data promises in everyday use? In our test, we find out whether the NUC 15 Pro+ really is a serious alternative to the classic desktop.

Speakers and microphones built-in. The GTI15 Ultra is even faster than before with Arrow Lake-H and 10 Gbps RJ-45 LAN ports. However, the speakers still haven't improved since the GTI13 Ultra days.

Second time is the charm. Last year, Lenovo introduced the 14.5-inch Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen 5 with a dedicated Nvidia GPU, which also featured a large battery and dual fan cooling. The new iteration, the Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen 6, includes more efficient Intel Arrow Lake H CPUs and Nvidia RTX Pro Blackwell graphics.
