Lenovo has officially unveiled a new addition to their ThinkPad line: The ultralight Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Gen 7, which has a starting weight of less than 1 kg. The new model launches with both AMD Ryzen 400 and Intel Panther Lake CPUs.

We normally describe Lenovos ThinkPad L series as affordable laptops, but this is getting more difficult. The new Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 7 and ThinkPad L16 Gen 3 have a starting price unheard of before.

Lenovo has finally brought a new 16-inch laptop to North America. Sometimes laptops are best suited for a certain use case. With the Lenovo ThinkPad L16 Gen 2 AMD, it is very clear: This is not a laptop you want to use on the go that often.

It is 2026 already, but Lenovo clearly believes there is still life left in the Intel Lunar Lake platform that originally came out in 2024.
