Evan Blass revealed most of what Lenovo has to show off at MWC 2025. But, the earlier leak was missing what is arguably one of its most innovative laptops: the ThinkBook Flip. As its name suggests, its screen folds like its more popular Galaxy-branded smartphone.
This design opens up possibilities for quite a few use cases, not all of which seem practical. You can have one really large vertical screen, or fold up one screen and use the other like a tablet. Or you could use one screen and show off content to your coworkers/friends on the other.
Based on the renders, the ThinkBook Flip doesn't seem to offer much in the way of I/O. There's one pill-shaped indent on both sides, which is where the USB-C/A port will likely sit. Lastly, the webcam sits inside a notch on the top screen. While these renders do not show a crease where the screens meet, there will very likely be one in the final product.
Unfortunately, we don't know what specs the Lenovo ThinkBook Flip will pack. Based on its form factor, one can reasonably boil it down to an Intel Arrow Lake-H or Lunar Lake chip. If AMD options exist, it will likely use a Strix Point-based Ryzen AI 7 SKU.
