Deal | For PC gamers: Epic Games Store launches new free game giveaways

Epic Games is now giving away two games on PC. The second giveaway of February 2026, this week's freebies replace Botany Manor and the Poison Retro Set for Pixel Gun 3D. Please note that this week's free games are only available to claim on PC despite being released on macOS and Linux, too.
This time, the storefront has replaced Botany Manor and the Poison Retro Set for Pixel Gun 3D with Nobody Wants to Die and The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark. Dealing with the former first, Nobody Wants to Die is a noir adventure that draws heavily on Blade Runner and Cyberpunk. Set in the 24th century, Nobody Wants to Die maintains Very Positive reviews on Steam with 75/100 and 77/100 averages on Metacritic and OpenCritic, respectively.
Meanwhile, The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark achieves 84/100 and 81/100 averages on the same platforms. Likewise, it continues to score highly on GOG and Steam for its rich story and atmospheric pixel graphics. Another detective game, The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark supports PlayStation and Xbox controllers like Nobody Wants to Die. The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark will be available to claim alongside Nobody Wants to Die until 16:00 UTC on February 19. Please see Epic Games' store listings for more details.
