The FCC has confirmed full technical specifications for the PocketBook Era, the company's latest eReader. The PocketBook Era will begin shipping next month with either 16 GB or 64 GB of storage, starting at US$199.99.

Earlier this month, PocketBook revealed the Era, a 7-inch eReader with built-in speakers. However, PocketBook held a few details back, for one reason or another. Thankfully, the FCC is on hand to outline details that PocketBook has not presented yet.

Although FCC publications tend to be fairly sparse, the body has published the PocketBook Era's user manual. Incidentally, the user manual contains the device's full technical specifications, reproduced below. Also, the user manual highlights that the PocketBook Era has four physical buttons, along with a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

Currently, the PocketBook Era is pre-orderable on the company's website, where it starts at US$199.99 with 16 GB of storage. Alternatively, PocketBook sells the eReader with 64 GB of storage for US$239.99. For reference, the former storage configuration comes in a Stardust Silver finish. In comparison, the colour option shown below is exclusive to the 64 GB model, which PocketBook calls Sunset Copper. PocketBook Era pre-orders should start shipping next month in the US.
