NOMVDIC is currently crowdfunding for its X300 wireless, portable LED projector. The Full HD projector has 1080p resolution and can cast images up to 100-in across from a distance of 8.5 ft (~2.6 m). The LED light source can produce up to 350 ANSI lm brightness, and the device has 3,000,000:1 native contrast for a clear image during night or day.
The X300 has a built-in Harman Kardon sound system that was custom-made for the device. The speakers include dual 8 W tweeters and woofers, and a 30 W class D amplifier. A 10,000 mAh battery provides up to 3 hours of projection or 6 hours of audio.
You can remotely control the projector through the NOMVDIC app and connect to the device via USB-C, USB-A and HDMI ports. Alternatively, you can cast to the gadget from your smart device via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Plus, you can adjust the angle of the picture with keystone corrections. The portable gadget has a carry handle, measures 10.9 x 6.5 x 6.2-in (276 x 165 x 157 mm) and weighs 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg).
The Californian company has celebrated that customers fully funded the Indiegogo campaign in 21 minutes. You can currently pledge US$749 to the campaign to receive a NOMVDIC X300 projector. After this pre-sale period, the device's price will increase to US$1,099. The company expects to ship the gadget in September.
