Barnes & Noble has started selling a new eReader, the NOOK GlowLight 4. Only available in black, the NOOK GlowLight 4 has a 6-inch display with a 300 DPI pixel density. Additionally, Barnes & Noble has equipped the device with a backlight, and two buttons for cycling between pages.
The NOOK GlowLight 4 has a touchscreen though, which Barnes & Noble has augmented with a 'glare- scratch- and fingerprint-resistant lens'. Additionally, the eReader has a USB Type-C port for charging it or connecting it to your computer. However, the NOOK GlowLight 4 should last up to a month between charges.
Moreover, the eReader has 32 GB of storage, of which 29.1 GB can be used for storing books. The NOOK GlowLight 4 only supports up 802.11 n Wi-Fi, mind you, which is rather slow by modern standards. The NOOK GlowLight 4 is orderable now on Barnes & Noble for US$149.99.
