Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 2021: European prices leak, as do numerous specifications and official marketing images
The Galaxy Tab A8 2021 is one of many tablets that Samsung is expected to announce next year, although a precise release date remains unknown. Nonetheless, @_snoopytech_ has leaked specifications, prices and marketing assets of the device.
According to the information provided, the Galaxy Tab A8 2021 has a 10.5-inch display with substantial bezels. Also, the IPS panel resolves at 2,000 x 1,200 pixels and has a 60 Hz refresh rate. Above the display sits a 5 MP front-facing camera, complemented by a single 8 MP rear-facing sensor on its rear.
All configurations will feature a Unisoc T618 SoC, 4 GB of RAM and a 7,040 mAh battery. Apparently, the Galaxy Tab A8 2021 can recharge the battery at up to 15 W, but it remains to be seen if Samsung will include a 15 W charger in its box. Regardless, @_snoopytech_ adds that the tablet has quad speakers, which sit within a 6.9 mm thick chassis. Supposedly, the tablet weighs 476 g, too.
The Galaxy Tab A8 2021 will arrive in Grey, Pink Gold, and Silver. The tablet is tipped to cost at least €240 in Europe, presumably for the Wi-Fi-only model with 32 GB of storage. The tablet should launch with 64 GB, 128 GB and LTE options as well, up to the value of €360.
