A Lenovo product manager has shared product images of a new tablet that the company intends to bring to market. The company will release the tablet under its Legion sub-brand that it markets towards gamers. The tablet's plastic back panel implies that it will be relatively affordable, too.
Another picture shows the tablet from the front, which is thought to be called the Lenovo Legion Pad. Based on the two photos published so far, the tablet has rounded corners and relatively thin display bezels on two sides. Purportedly, the Legion Pad has an 8-inch display, making it comparable in size to the Galaxy Z Fold3 when unfolded.
Additionally, the tablet is tipped to feature the Snapdragon 888, a flagship SoC that Qualcomm has now superseded with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Still, the Legion Pad should offer exceptional performance by tablet standards.
The tablet's price and launch date remain pending, but the tablet appears to be destined for only China, at least for now. We can expect Lenovo to continue to tease the Legion Pad over the next few weeks before it formally presents the device.
