The ODROID Go Super is finally orderable, having been announced last month. The ODROID Go Super follows the ODROID Go Advance that Hardkernel unveiled in early 2020. The ODROID Go Super succeeds the ODROID Go, though.
The biggest difference between the ODROID Go and ODROID Go Super is the display, which has grown from 3.5-inches to 5.0-inches. Additionally, the ODROID Go Super has a higher-resolution display than its predecessor. Specifically, the ODROID Go Super has an 854 x 480-pixel panel, compared to the 480 x 320 pixel one in the ODROID Go.
Hardkernel has increased the battery capacity from 3,000 mAh to 4,000 mAh, too. Likewise, the ODROID Go Super has a second joystick, dedicated volume buttons and a spring-loaded microSD card slot. The ODROID Go Super contains the same 1.3 GHz Rockchip RK3326 processor with an ARM Mali-G31 MP2 GPU, though.
The ODROID Go Super is orderable now from Ameridroid for US$89.95. The retailer sells the device in Solid Grey and Clear. However, Hardkernel should start selling both colours for US$80 from the end of February.
