A reliable leaker has revealed countless details about one of Garmin's forthcoming Fenix smartwatches. Although plenty has been said lately about the Fenix 8 series, it has also created the more affordable Fenix E that is rumoured to launch in a single 47 mm size.

The Fenix 8 series is fast approaching, which should represent Garmin's most important smartwatch release in years. However, it is also said to have two other series prepared, which it could introduce alongside its initial Fenix 8 models. In recent weeks, the focus on Garmin-related leaks has turned squarely to the prospect of Garmin launching Fenix 8 smartwatches in 43 mm, 47 mm and 51 mm sizes.

With that being said, @billbil_kun and Dealabs have now turned their attention towards the Fenix E, the other Fenix release that Garmin is rumoured to have up its sleeve. Added to that, the pair have disclosed what they believe are final Fenix 8 model names; please see our corresponding article for more details in this regard. As for the Fenix E, Garmin is rumoured to only be offering this model in one size.

Specifically, @billbil_kun claims that the Fenix E will be available with a 47 mm case size that combines Corning Gorilla Glass across a 1.3-inch display with a 316L stainless steel bezel, a stainless steel back and a fibre-reinforced polymer case. Additionally, the smartwatch will be rated for up to 16 days of battery life but will miss out on solar charging functionality.

Moreover, the Fenix E is expected to arrive sporting 10 ATM water resistance and 16 GB of built-in storage. Unfortunately, a built-in microphone appears to be exclusive to the Fenix 8 series, as does speaker hardware. Reportedly, the Fenix E will debut for $799.99 in the US and €799.99 in the Eurozone with two strap types and finishes.
