According to reports, Xiaomi is working towards releasing a revised Mi Mix Fold. The refreshed Mix Fold is expected to contain a few improvements compared to the original model, albeit not enough for it to be considered a next-generation Xiaomi foldable smartphone.

Xiaomi only announced the Mi Mix Fold in March, which it then launched in April. However, there is already talk about the company releasing another model. According to Bald Panda, Xiaomi is working on a small revision of the Mi Mix Fold, rather than a second-generation model.

Specifically, Bald Panda expects Xiaomi to increase the Mi Mix Fold's charging capabilities from 67 W to 120 W while retaining its 5,000 mAh battery. The leaker adds that the next Mix Fold will feature an under-display camera, presumably the company's Camera Under Panel (CUP) variety. Xiaomi debuted its latest CUP technology with the Mix 4 in August, which is much less visible than Samsung's Under Panel Camera (UPC) equivalent.

Additionally, Bald Panda believes that the revised Mix Fold will support up to 120 Hz refresh rates across both its displays. Currently, the Mi Mix Fold has a 90 Hz interior display and a 60 Hz exterior one. Unfortunately, there is no word yet on when Xiaomi will announce its next foldable, nor if it will be available outside China.
