Mobvoi TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra leaks again as rumoured launch date mooted
The TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra has leaked several times so far, most recently via XDA Developers. Two Italian YouTubers have revealed several details about the smartwatch too, including its design and core specifications. Then, Mobvoi unveiled the TicWatch Pro X in China, a smartwatch that is the spitting image of the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra.
Now, Mobvoi has added the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra under the list of devices in its smartphone app. Selecting the smartwatch takes us to the Wear OS app, so it seems that the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra is ready for release. To that end, Mobvoi is expected to lift its TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra embargo on October 8, in two days time.
However, the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra appears to be a minor update on last year's TicWatch Pro 3. As we have discussed before, the newer model retains its predecessor's SoC, battery life and display technology. Supposedly, Mobvoi has added more workout modes, a few new heart-monitoring features and has slightly revised the TicWatch Pro 3's design. Pricing remains unknown at this stage, as does when the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra will be available to order.
