A European retailer has now listed the Smart Band 8 Pro on its website. Presumably ahead of schedule, the appearance on Maldo in Slovakia follows a leak from a few days ago in which Appuals disclosed European launch pricing. Maldo implies that Xiaomi may initially offer the Smart Band 8 Pro for slightly less than MSRP, as it often does with its smartphones.
Specifically, the retailer reveals that Xiaomi intends to sell the Smart Band 8 Pro for €99 in the Eurozone, €10 more than Appuals suggested. However, Maldo has seemingly received direction to discount the Smart Band 8 Pro to €89, which is in line with previous expectations. Please note that Maldo is likely to take down its listing soon, although it will remain viewable via the Web Archive.
Regardless, Maldo also indicates that the Smart Band 8 Pro will be available globally in fewer colours than in China. While Xiaomi sells the wearable in three finishes and multiple band styles in its home market, Maldo and Appuals point towards there only being black and white bands with dark and light silver case finishes, respectively. Despite it being unclear when the Smart Band 8 Pro will be available globally for now, we would not be surprised to see the wearable appear alongside the Xiaomi 14 series on February 25.
