The launch of the Galaxy Z Flip7 is almost upon us. Scheduled for July 9, the Galaxy Z Flip7 is expected to be joined by the Galaxy Z Flip FE in a jam-packed summer Galaxy Unpacked event. While pricing for the Galaxy Z Flip FE remains unconfirmed for now, Roland Quandt has now revealed equivalent details for the Galaxy Z Flip7.
To recap, recent LambdaTek listings implied that Samsung would not be raising the price of the Galaxy Z Flip for its seventh-generation release. According to Quandt, these listings do not accurately represent Samsung's plans in this regard. In fact, the company is allegedly plotting to introduce a price drop relative to last year's Galaxy Z Flip6.
Writing on WinFuture, the leaker reports that the Galaxy Z Flip7 will likely arrive for €100 less than last year's model. While Quandt therefore suggests that the Galaxy Z Flip7 will launch for €1,099 in the Eurozone, this should correspond with a $999 starting price in the US. If that holds true, then it would see the Galaxy Z Flip7 undercutting the Razr 60 Ultra (curr. $1,299.99 on Amazon) by $300 or $180 for its corresponding 512 GB variant.
