ECOVACS Deebot X1: Three new robot vacuums launched with 5,000 Pa of suction power and auto-emptying docks
The ECOVACS Deebot X1 series has launched, having been unveiled through TikTok. Like the Roborock S7 MaxV series, ECOVACS has introduced three models that it calls the Deebot X1 Plus, Deebot X1 Turbo and the Deebot X1 Omni. However, all Deebot X1 models come with auto-emptying docks that Roborock reserves for the S7 MaxV Plus and the S7 MaxV Ultra.
Fundamentally, the Deebot X1 Plus, Deebot X1 Turbo and Deebot X1 Omni are the same robot vacuum. Specifically, all models offer up to 5,000 Pa of suction power and 5,200 mAh batteries that should last up to 180 minutes between charges. Likewise, the trio support ECOVAC's AIVI 3.0 and TrueDetect 2.0 obstacle avoidance systems, plus TrueMapping 2.0 navigation technology.

For some reason, ECOVACS has included its OZMO Pro 3.0 mopping system on the Deebot X1 Plus, the cheapest model, but OZMO Turbo 2.0 on the Deebot X1 Turbo and Deebot X1 Omni. Incidentally, only the Turbo and the Omni have auto cleaning features built into their docks. In comparison, you must empty the X1 Plus' water tank directly.
The Deebot X1 series does not come cheap, though. Currently, the series starts at US$1,149 before factoring in taxes or any coupons. According to the company's three Amazon listings, the Deebot X1 Turbo and Deebot X1 Omni retail for US$1,349 and US$1,549, respectively. For reference, the company is offering US$150 off all models; unfortunately, it is unclear when this promotion ends. The Deebot X1 series is orderable through Amazon now in the UK and US.
