Xiaomi has released MIUI 12 for the Redmi Note 7 Pro outside of India. The company started upgrading Indian handsets to its latest OS last month, albeit only those that enrolled on the Mi Pilot program. V12.0.2.0.QFHCNXM is being rolled out to Chinese devices, which is the same version of MIUI 12 that the Redmi Note 7 Pro received in India.
The update is a 2.2 GB download, although the OTA will likely have a smaller file size. You can download the update from Xiaomi's servers should you wish to install it manually.
There is no good news for the Pocophone F1, though. The device was apparently set to receive MIUI 12 at the beginning of August, but clearly that did not transpire. Now, the update has been postponed until next week at the earliest. However, there is a chance that it could be delayed again. Additionally, the initial MIUI 12 update for the Pocophone F1 will only be available to download on devices that have been selected for the Mi Pilot program.
