Lenovo releases new 14-inch ThinkPad globally with 120 Hz OLED and 64 GB LPCAMM2 RAM

Lenovo has quietly released the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 to replace last year's ThinkPad T14 Gen 6 (curr. $1,239 on Amazon). Announced in March during MWC 2026, the new 14-inch laptop can currently only be configured with Intel Panther Lake processors. AMD models featuring up to the Ryzen AI 7 Pro 450 should eventually be available, though.
Additionally, Lenovo has not released any ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 SKUs in North America yet. For the time being, the company merely refers to the laptop as 'coming soon' on its Canadian and US websites. Setting that aside, the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 starts at AUD 2,749 in Australia and £1,560 in the UK. Meanwhile, starting prices vary between €1,719 and €1,829 in the Eurozone.
The ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 starts with the Core Ultra 5 325, 16 GB of LPCAMM2 RAM, a 256 GB M.2 2280 PCIe Gen 4 SSD, a 60 Wh battery and a 1200p IPS display in all markets, too. One can customise the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 with eight different processor options though, which are joined by up to 64 GB of RAM, a 2 TB PCIe Gen 5 SSD and a 2.8K OLED display that combines 500 nits peak brightness with a 30-120 Hz VRR refresh rate.
Moreover, Lenovo includes configuration options for NFC, a fingerprint reader, an IR-capable webcam, a 75 Wh battery, a 100 W USB Type-C power adapter and 4G WWAN in some markets. Please note that adding all these extras balloons the ThinkPad T14 Gen 7 to AUD 8,019 in Australia, £3,400 in the UK and €3,899~€3,960 in the Eurozone.
