Samsung's inventive cases for the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 leak
A retailer has revealed numerous cases for the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4, Samsung's next flagship smartphones. Both due on August 10, the pair should also feature Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipsets, up from the Snapdragon 888 powering the Galaxy Z Flip3 and Galaxy Z Fold3. Incidentally, Galaxus also briefly listed screen protectors for this year's Galaxy Z devices, which remain viewable via Google Cache.
Predictably, the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 will launch with cases that mirror those Samsung currently sells with their predecessors. Specifically, Samsung has created cases with keychain rings and straps for the Galaxy Z Flip4, plus more elaborate designs for the Galaxy Z Fold4. For example, Samsung has produced a case with a built-in kickstand for the Galaxy Z Fold4, allowing you to use it in fullscreen mode while resting it at an angle.
Incidentally, the Flip Cover will return, albeit with the pen holder mounted on the case's rear section this year. Likewise, Samsung will continue to sell an S Pen Fold Edition. In other words, there will be space inside the Galaxy Z Fold4 for an S Pen as there is with the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Presumably, Samsung will unveil more cases for both smartphones when it presents the pair on August 10. The Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 are anticipated to launch alongside the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and the Galaxy Watch5 series, with a Pro model replacing the Galaxy Watch4 Classic.
