Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4: Leaked official pictures show off upcoming foldable in three colours with new angles for Galaxy Z Flip4
Evan Blass has leaked numerous official images for the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4, Samsung's next foldable smartphones. Incidentally, comparable photos of the latter leaked a few days ago, as we discussed at the time. While these confirmed the device's launch colours, Evan Blass' more extensive leak confirms that the Galaxy Z Flip series will continue to feature side-mounted and capacitive fingerprint scanners.
This should also be the case for the Galaxy Z Fold4, which shares its design language with the Galaxy Z Fold3. As expected, the Galaxy Z Fold4 will be available from most retailers in beige, black and grey colourways. However, beige has a distinctly yellow tint, which Samsung has complemented with a gold hinge and frame. Additionally, the grey option looks bluer than a traditional grey, underlined by its hinge and frame colour.
Unsurprisingly, the black colour option matches its predecessors. Based on these images, it would seem that all Galaxy Z Fold4 colours have matte glass back panels with glossy hinges and frames. Marketing renders can be deceptive though, so we would recommend waiting for hands-on photos to appear before settling on a colour. Samsung will reveal the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 at a Galaxy Unpacked event on August 10. Based on Samsung's pre-event teasers, it will also unveil the Galaxy Watch5 series and Galaxy Buds2 Pro, US pricing for which has also leaked.
