Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro: European price and colour options leak for Galaxy Unpacked-bound premium earbuds
Samsung is less than three weeks away from announcing the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, the successor to last year's Galaxy Buds Pro. Expected to debut alongside the Galaxy Watch5, Galaxy Watch5 Pro, Galaxy Z Flip4 and Galaxy Z Fold4 on August 10 at the next Galaxy Unpacked event, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro should arrive before the AirPods Pro 2. In the meantime, European pricing has leaked for the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, as has the earbuds' launch colours.
As the screenshot below shows, Samsung plans to release the Galaxy Buds2 Pro in grey, purple and white colour options. In other words, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro will be available in three of the four colours in which Samsung offers the Galaxy Buds Pro. However, the black edition appears to have been dropped for this year's model. It remains to be seen whether Samsung will persist with the 'Phantom' branding it gives to its colour options, though.
Incidentally, the retailer lists two prices, €225.90 and €213.89. According to @_snoopytech_, Samsung has actually settled on €229 for the Galaxy Buds2 Pro, price-matching the Galaxy Buds Pro. In comparison, the Galaxy Watch5 and Galaxy Watch5 Pro may be more expensive than the Galaxy Watch4 series. Conversely, pricing for the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 have also leaked, as we reported earlier this week.
