OnLeaks and 91mobiles claim to have received information about successors to the WH-CH510 and WH-XB910N. Unusually, OnLeaks has shared official images of the two devices rather than renders based on leaked CAD designs. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the pair look like other headphones within Sony's product stack, with broadly plastic designs and physical buttons for controlling playback and volume.
According to The Walkman Blog, the smaller of the two headphones will launch as the WH-CH520. However, the website asserts that the larger model is not a WH-XB910N successor, despite its visual similarities. Instead, the headphones are thought to be the WH-CH720N, successors to the WH-CH710N that launched last year.

Regardless, the WH-CH720N is rumoured to support Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity and noise cancellation via the Sony V1, the same MediaTek MT2822-based chip found in the WH-1000XM5. Additionally, the WH-CH720N will contain a 520 mAh battery that provides up to 35 hours of battery life between charges. In other words, the headphones will match their predecessor in this department. Purportedly, Sony will launch the WH-CH720N for between €120 and €150 in the Eurozone, VAT percentages dependent.
Meanwhile, The Walkman Blog claims that the WH-CH520 will arrive for €41.99, excluding VAT. Hence, the headphones should retail for around €50 in most markets. Surprisingly, the WH-CH520 is rumoured to offer worse battery life than its predecessor, which delivers 35 hours of playback on a single charge. Release dates for both headphones are unknown at this stage, although we imagine that Sony will offer the WH-CH520 and WH-CH720N globally.
