DJI has just released a new drone by way of the DJI Flip. In summary, the Flip is a sub 250 g drone with a design that allows it to fold away to the size of an RC-2 controller. Recent leaks and rumours suggest that 2025 could be a busy year for DJI though, including a replacement for the recent Osmo Action 5 Pro (curr. $349 on Amazon).
With that in mind, an infamous leaker of all things drone has now turned his attention to teasing what DJI has in store for a future launch event. Igor Bogdanov has elected against explicitly referring to the device as he has done in the past. Instead, he has left a cryptic post on X showing only a portion of the unreleased hardware.
Bogdanov has offered a hint about availability at least by adding 'DJI won't let you get bored'. Seemingly, the device pictured has a display of some kind, which has led people to speculate that it could be the Osmo Action 6. Other recent rumours suggest that the Osmo Nano could be on the horizon, as could the Mini 5, Neo 2 and Mavic 4 Pro drones. While Bogdanov is not willing to part with any new information for the time being, we suspect that he will do so in the next few days.
