Lenovo is on the verge of launching a new 15-inch laptop. Allegedly arriving in September, the Lenovo Googlebook 15 contains a few unusual features that will distinguish it from other 15-inch laptops that Lenovo has already released in 2026.

Lenovo has launched dozens of laptops this year, including the ThinkPad P1 Gen 9 and ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 AMD that have just gone on sale in more countries. Nonetheless, with IFA 2026 just around the corner, it seems that Lenovo has even more laptops waiting in the wings.

For instance, Android Headlines published images of three unnamed devices a few days ago. While the website did not name any of them, it claimed that all would sit within the nascent Googlebook range. Now, website Digital Citizen has offered a detailed look at one of these, which it describes as the Lenovo Googlebook 15.

Unfortunately, Digital Citizen has not shared hardware specifications. That said, we can glean a few details from the images embedded above and below. For instance, the Googlebook 15 has the same shaped keys as many other Lenovo laptops, including the Yoga Slim 7 Ultra Aura Edition we reviewed earlier this year (curr. $2,199 on Amazon).

Lenovo has opted for lowercase keys, a carryover from Chromebooks, which sit below fourteen function row keys. Incidentally, a fingerprint sensor also sits within the function row instead of a delete key. Moreover, HDMI, USB Type-C and 3.5 mm connections occupy the laptop's left-hand side, with USB Type-A and USB Type-C ports joined by a power button on the opposite side. A physical webcam shutter is visible too; touchpad and display hardware remain unknown for now. For reference, previous leaks indicate that a 'Pixel Glow' LED notification strip is present on the laptop's lid.
