Chuwi HiPad Pro arrives in Europe for €299 with an introductory bonus
Last month, Chuwi announced that it had refreshed the HiPad Pro, a 10.8-inch tablet running Android 11. Initially sold with a 1080p display and a Snapdragon 662, Chuwi replaced both with a 2.5K panel (2,560 x 1,600 pixels) and a MediaTek Helio G95. For reference, the MediaTek Helio G95 achieved over 40% higher benchmark scores in our tests than the Snapdragon 662.
Initially revealed for US$299, the refreshed HiPad Pro is now available through Amazon Spain for €299. However, Chuwi is offering a €20 introductory discount, bringing the tablet's price to €279 plus shipping. According to Amazon, orders should ship this week; the HiPad Pro can be shipped across the Eurozone and to the UK.
The HiPad Pro also has 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, 128 GB of UFS 3.1 storage is just 6.9 mm thick. The tablet has a built-in LTE modem too and two low-megapixel cameras. Meanwhile, a USB Type-C port handles charging the tablet's 7,000 mAh battery and data transfer. Chuwi claims that the HiPad Pro is Widevine L1 certified as well, although it is silent on Android 12 availability.
