LG unveils two new UltraFine OLED Pro monitors in 27-inch and 32-inch screen sizes
In September, LG presented the UltraFine OLED Pro 65EP5G, a 65-inch entry in its professional monitor series. Now, it has unveiled the 27BP95E and 32BP95E, building on the 27EP950 and 32EP950 that the company already sells. As their names imply, the 27BP95E and 32BP95E share many aspects with the 27EP950 and 32EP950.
Specifically, the BP models have colour calibration sensors, which their EP siblings lack. The newer monitors also have removable glare protection covers, shown in marketing images. The BP models share all other specifications with the existing EP ones, though. Hence, both have 3,840 x 2,160-pixel native resolutions, 60 Hz refresh rates and 99% coverages of the Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 colour spaces.
Additionally, the 27BP95E and 32BP95E have 1 ms response times, DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification, one HDMI port and two DisplayPort connections. LG has included a USB Type-C port that delivers 90 W Power Delivery too, along with one USB upstream connection and three downstream connections. LG's new models should be available from the beginning of 2022. The company has not confirmed how much the 27BP95E or 32BP95E will cost, either.
