Lenovo has announced three new ThinkVision large format displays (LFDs) ahead of CES 2022 — the ThinkVision T65, ThinkVision T75, and the ThinkVision T86. All three LFDs sport fairly identical specifications including 4K, HDR10 support, plenty of wired and wireless connectivity options, enhanced privacy functions, and detachable 4K camera with AI-assisted voice and facial recognition.

Ahead of CES 2022, Lenovo is introducing three large format displays (LFDs) under the ThinkVision branding. The new ThinkVision LFDs come in three size variants — ThinkVision T65, ThinkVision T75, and ThinkVision T86 — and are designed to be used in collaborative spaces such as conference rooms and educational institutions.

The three ThinkVision displays sport largely similar specifications and connectivity options excepting the screen size of course. All of them offer 4K resolution at 60 Hz, 85% NTSC coverage, HDR10 support, and a 400 cd/m2 typical brightness. While the ThinkVision T65 and ThinkVision T75 use IPS panels with a 1200:1 typical contrast ratio, the ThinkVision T86 opts for a VA panel with a 4000:1 typical contrast ratio. The ThinkVision T86's panel also covers 99% of the sRGB color space.

Powering these ThinkVision LFDs is Android 9.0 running on a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 SoC with a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The SoC is paired with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB of storage. Connectivity options include 2x RJ45 Ethernet, serial port, dual-band 2x2 Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and a variety of HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.2, and USB ports (see spec sheets below).

Lenovo's Android offering for the ThinkVision LFDs includes features that enhance collaboration such as Lenovo Projection, Smart Whiteboard, File Manager, widgets, etc. Users can control content on the screen via connected smart devices or via the 20-point touchscreen. An W20 dongle offers a wireless casting and screen sharing solution without the need to install any additional software.

The displays also feature a top USB 2.0 port to which a detachable 4K wide-angle camera with a 1/2.8-inch sensor connects. The 4K camera offers swivel and tilt functionality and supports AI-powered voice tracking and facial recognition that puts the speaker in the center of the video. Complementing the 4K camera is an 8-microphone array and 2x 15 W speakers.

Other features available in all ThinkVision LFDs include a Smart Toolbar that tracks the presenter and ensures all tools are available within reach, a writing history playback system, automatic brightness adjustment, privacy light and lens shutter, traceless exit that removes all files after leaving the meeting, user presence detection for automatically turning on, and more.

All ThinkVision displays will be available from June 2022. The ThinkVision T65 is priced at €2,999 and the ThinkVision T75 at €3,999. The ThinkVision T86 will set you back by €6,999.
