Samsung Galaxy M51 is tipped to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a 7,000 mAh battery and a 64 MP camera
The Samsung Galaxy M51 has been leaked a lot for a mid-range smartphone. Recently, a Samsung Russia support page listed the handset, which followed the publication of CAD renders by Pigtou and OnLeaks earlier this year. Now, more specifications about the 7,000 mAh-backed smartphone have been leaked by MySmartPrice.
According to the website, the Galaxy M51 will have four rear-facing cameras. The primary camera of these will be a 64 MP ISCOELL sensor. MySmartPrice adds that the device will have a 6.67-inch screen, not a 6.5-inch one as had previously been speculated. Additionally, this will be an AMOLED and FHD+ screen.
MySmartPrice seems to think that Samsung will include a Snapdragon 730 SoC in the Galaxy M51, along with 8 GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 675 has been suggested too, but neither have been confirmed by Samsung. Indeed, the South Korean company is yet to acknowledge the existence of the Galaxy M51 officially. It is, however, expected to announce the device in September.
Separately, MySmartPrice has highlighted that the FCC has certified the Galaxy M51 for up to 25 W fast charging. It remains to be seen whether Samsung will include a 25 W charger in the box though, which may not necessarily be the case.
