Motorola Moto G62 5G: Mid-range smartphone now orderable in Europe with Android 12 and a 50 MP triple camera setup
Last week, Motorola introduced the Moto G62 5G, initially availbale in Brazil. Subsequently, the company has brought the handset to Europe, where it is orderable in two colours. According to Motorola, Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern and other Latin American launches should follow eventually too.
As for Europe, Motorola has decided to offer the Moto G62 5G in the same Midnight Gray and Frosted Blue colour ways that it already offers in Brazil. For some reason, only the Midnight Gray version is orderable currently. Unfortunately, Motorola's website has not provided a launch date for the Frosted Blue edition yet. Still, the company has confirmed that both colour options will come with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of expandable storage.
Presumably, both colour options will retail for €269.99 as well, for which Motorola includes a 6.5-inch IPS display running at 1080p and 120 Hz, a Snapdragon 480 Plus chipset, a 5,000 mAh battery and a fingerprint sensor. Also, the Moto G62 5G has 50 MP primary, 8 MP ultra-wide, 2 MP macro and 16 MP front-facing cameras. Overall, the Moto G62 5G is €70 cheaper than the Moto G82 5G, which has more RAM, an AMOLED display, a more powerful chipset and support for faster charging.
