Motorola Edge 30 Lite to launch soon in multiple colourways with a 120 Hz POLED display and up to 8 GB of RAM
Evan Blass and 91mobiles have collaborated to deliver a first look at the Edge 30 Lite, one of many mid-range smartphones that Motorola has planned. Mentioned last week by @OnLeaks and CompareDial, the Edge 30 Lite will differ visually from the existing Edge 30 and Edge 30 Pro. Unfortunately, Blass and 91mobiles have only provided a marketing image of the Edge 30 Lite's back panel for the moment.
Still, the device's rear design resembles the upcoming Motorola Frontier (Edge 30 Ultra) more than the Edge 30 or Edge 30 Pro. Specifically, the Edge 30 Lite has two rear-facing cameras, including a 64 MP primary sensor with OIS. Codenamed Miami, Blass claims that the Edge 30 Lite will also ship with a 13 MP secondary camera, presumably an ultra-wide-angle lens.
Moreover, the Edge 30 Lite is expected to feature a Snapdragon 695 5G chipset, a 6.28-inch display and a 4,020 mAh battery. Blass adds that the display will be a POLED panel operating at 120 Hz, which would see the Edge 30 Lite more or less match the Moto G82 in this regard. Supposedly, Motorola will launch the Edge 30 Lite soon in multiple colours with up to 8 GB of Ram and 256 GB storage. Although Blass has not confirmed pricing yet, he states that the device will be available in Green Fig, Opal Silver, Moonless Night and Very Peri colourways. Based on those names, it would seem that Blass and 91mobiles have revealed the Edge 30 Lite in its Moonless Night option.
