Ayaneo has started revealing design elements of its next high-end gaming handheld. Also the company's first 'Code: REVO' product, the Ayaneo 3 appears to sport a rounded design and what could be AMD Strix Point or Intel Lunar Lake processors.

Ayaneo has had a busy month, albeit not by Anbernic standards. For context, the company kicked off October by teasing a new flagship gaming handheld for the first time. Subsequently, it refreshed its AM01 and AM02 mini-PCs before releasing its long-awaited AG01 Starship Graphics Dock.

This time, it has returned to the Ayaneo 3, which it stylises as the AYANEO 3 and now refers to as its first 'Code: REVO' product. Unfortunately, details about the device remain scarce. However, the company has now showcased a few design elements through a short video posted both to YouTube and X (formerly Twitter).

Ultimately, the Ayaneo 3 appears to follow the same layout as other popular gaming handhelds like the Asus ROG Ally (curr. $399.99 on Amazon). Thus, Ayaneo's next 'flagship' product will feature an Xbox control scheme with what looks like a pair of rear-mounted macro buttons, too. Currently, it remains to be seen whether Ayaneo will opt for AMD Strix Point or Intel Lunar Lake processors. As it stands, we would expect the company to reveal more information about the Ayaneo 3 in the coming weeks, given the frequency with which it has teased the device this month.
