MSI has presented yet another QD-OLED gaming monitor built around Samsung's Gen 3 32-inch panel. Combining a 240 Hz refresh rate with a 4K native resolution, the MSI MPG 321CURX also serves as an alternative to Dell's Alienware AW3225QF thanks to its 1700R curved panel.

MSI has expanded its QD-OLED gaming options once again, two weeks after releasing the MAG 321UP in the UK and the US. For reference, the company's new gaming monitor is another 32-inch option, just like the MAG 321UP. However, the MPG 321CURX utilises the same 240 Hz panel as the MPG 321URX rather than the lesser spotted 165 Hz equivalent that underpins the MAG 321UP (curr. $847.99 on Amazon).

In short, the MPG 321CURX is only the second curved 32-inch gaming monitor with a Gen 3 QD-OLED panel after the Alienware AW3225QF that Dell released in January. Given that the MPG 321CURX also matches the Alienware AW3225QF with a 1700R curvature, we imagine that both will fundamentally offer the same viewing experience. On top of that, MSI states that it has equipped the MPG 321CURX with the following ports:

  • 1x 3.5 mm jack
  • 1x DisplayPort 1.4a
  • 2x HDMI 2.1
  • 2x USB 2.0 Type-A
  • 1x USB 2.0 Type-B
  • 1x USB Type-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode/98 W USB Power Delivery)

Additionally, the MPG 321CURX delivers 250 nits peak SDR brightness and is covered by MSI's three-year OLED burn-in warranty. While the company has not revealed pricing or availability for most markets yet, it has confirmed that the MPG 321CURX will be priced at €1,399 in the Eurozone and will be showcased next week during Gamescom 2024 in Cologne.
