Xiaomi lifts restrictions on Mi Notebook purchases in India

Xiaomi unveiled the Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition last month, although the two laptops are re-branded versions of the RedmiBook 13 that the company released last month. Nonetheless, Xiaomi sought to limit their purchase to flash sales, which began on June 17.

The company has now lifted these restrictions and has made both laptops available to purchase via Xiaomi India or Amazon.in. We have included links to the various product listings below. The Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition are available in three and two configurations, respectively. The prices for the five models are as follows:

Mi Notebook 14

• Core i5-10210U, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD – INR 41,999 (~US$559)
• Core i5-10210U, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD – INR 44,999 (~US$599)
• Core i5-10210U, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU – INR 47,999 (~US$639)

Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition

• Core i5-10210U, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce MX350 GPU – INR 54,999 (~US$732)
• Core i7-10510U, 8 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, NVIDIA GeForce MX350 GPU – INR 59,999 (~US$798)

All models come with DDR4-2666 RAM, a 1080p display and multiple ports. The Mi Notebook 14 is the heavier of the two laptops, but both have metal chassis. Xiaomi claims that the Mi Notebook 14 and Mi Notebook 14 Horizon Edition can last up to 10 hours between charges too. Amazon.in and Xiaomi India include webcams with all SKUs, for reference.
