Round 1 of the MIUI 12 release schedule is coming to an end, as Xiaomi has released more updates to the Mi 9T, Mi 9T Pro, Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. The most recent set of updates bring the Russian version of the Mi 9T and Redmi K20 onto MIUI 12 and open Xiaomi's new OS to more global handsets. Similarly, more Mi 9T Pro and Redmi K20 Pro devices on the Indian branch of MIUI should now be eligible to upgrade to MIUI 12.
The update for the Mi 9T and Redmi K20 handsets enrolled on the Russian branch of MIUI is V12.0.1.0, as it is the initial build of MIUI 12 in the region. However, Xiaomi has upgraded the global models to V12.0.2.0. There had been some confusion regarding whether the initial update had reached many handsets, but V12.0.2.0 should do so pending any final bug checks.
Xiaomi has also upgraded the Mi 9T Pro and Redmi K20 Pro to V12.0.2.0 of MIUI 12. While a Mi Community post states that V12.0.2.0.QFKINXM is a Beta Stable build, the update started rolling out to handsets a few days ago. If your device has yet to be notified of the update, then you can download it manually via the link below. Please keep in mind that the full recovery ROMs are over 2 GB downloads.
