A leaker has spelt out future flagship release plans for OnePlus, iQOO and Xiaomi's Redmi sub-brand. Reportedly, the three companies will stick with existing memory configurations.

A new wave of high-end smartphones from Chinese manufacturers are on the horizon. For instance, OnePlus is preparing to launch the OnePlus 15T in China. According to Digital Chat Station, both OnePlus, iQOO and Redmi are all targeting the same pricing for their next-generation flagships.

For context, the Xiaomi 17 starts at CNY 4,499 (~$655) in China, although the device can currently be picked up for CNY 4,299 (~$625). Meanwhile, the Redmi K90 Pro Max retails for CNY 3,999 (~$580) when configured with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, just like the OnePlus 15 (curr. $899.99 on Amazon).

Reportedly, Xiaomi and Oppo will join iQOO in raising prices for what Digital Chat Station describes as 'next-generation 2nm flagship' smartphones. However, none will increase basic memory configurations. Instead, all three manufacturers are expected to retain 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage as their entry-level memory options even for flagship smartphones.

Nonetheless, Digital Chat Station believes that the prices new OnePlus, iQOO and even Redmi flagships will start at roughly CNY 5,000 (~$725). Thus, the rumoured Redmi K100 Pro Max could cost upwards of 25% more than the current Redmi K90 Pro Max, which is available globally as the Poco F8 Ultra.
