Xiaomi Redmi K60 concept renders showcase design of global POCO F5 model
Xiaomiui has released concept renders of the Redmi K60, one of several smartphones that Xiaomi is expected to launch under the Redmi K60 banner this year. Unfortunately, it is unclear whether these images are based on leaked CAD renders or are composites from earlier leaks. Still, they should give an impression of what is to come from Xiaomi's next flagship Redmi smartphones.
As the full images below show, Xiaomiui claims that the Redmi K60 has a flat display with a centred punch-hole front-facing camera and slim bezels. The latter look almost symmetrical too, although it appears that the display chin is thicker than the top bezel, with only the sides matching each other. Additionally, Xiaomiui asserts that the Redmi K60 has a flat frame, mirroring the Xiaomi 13, as well as the iPhone 14 series and the Nothing Phone (1). Presumably, the rest of the Redmi K60 series will resemble this entry-level model too.
Moreover, the Redmi K60 has three rear-facing cameras arranged in a slightly smaller camera housing than the Redmi K50. According to Xiaomiui, the Redmi K60 will arrive globally as the POCO F5, with bot variants containing a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and an AMOLED display that outputs at 120 Hz and 1440p. Currently, Xiaomi is expected to announce the Redmi K60 and the POCO F5 in early 2023.
