Lenovo releases new 13-inch ThinkPad internationally with 32 GB RAM and Intel Panther Lake processors

Lenovo has finally expanded the availability of its latest ThinkPad X13 to more markets. For context, the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 debuted in mid-May with AMD Gorgon Point and Intel Panther Lake processors. At the time, Lenovo claimed that the 13-inch laptop would reach the US that same month for around $1,500 to replace the Gen 6 model we reviewed in 2025 (curr. $1,761 on Amazon).
While that was the case, the company initially restricted the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 to a Core Ultra 5 325 processor and 16 GB of RAM. However, Lenovo is now selling Core Ultra 5 322 vPro, Core Ultra 5 335 vPro and Core Ultra 7 365 vPro processors with a choice between 16 GB or 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7467 RAM and 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB of storage. The same is the case in Canada too, where the laptop starts at CAD 2,037.

Also, while 41 Wh and 54.7 Wh batteries are configurable, the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 tops out at a 1200p, 400 nit and 60 Hz IPS display. The same is the case in Germany, where the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 can be purchased in one of two SKUs. Unfortunately, Lenovo has not confirmed when more configurations will be available, nor when the laptop will arrive in other parts of Europe.
Currently, the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 starts at €2,199 (~$2,516) with a Core Ultra 5 325 processor, 32 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Alternatively, the Core Ultra 5 325 can be swapped for the more powerful Core Ultra 7 355, which achieves modest gains in our benchmarks. At the time of writing, Lenovo charges €100 more for this processor, which equates to a 4% surcharge. Please see Lenovo's website for more details.
