Lenovo releases new 15-inch gaming laptop in more countries with up to 48 GB VRAM

Lenovo has finally given its alternative to Asus' TUF Gaming A14 FA401EA (curr. $1,949 on Amazon) a wider release For context, the company presented the Legion 7a 15ASH11 in early March during MWC Barcelona. At the time, Lenovo claimed that the 15.3-inch laptop would be available in June.
However, it then released the Legion 7a 15ASH11 at the end of May across Australia, East Asia and Southeast Asia. Now, Europe has joined the party, just as Lenovo has started selling the comparable Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 in the same market. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen when either of these laptops will be available in North America.
Setting that aside, the Legion 7a 15ASH11 starts at £2,100 in the UK and between €2,419-€2,470 in the Eurozone with AMD's Ryzen AI Max+ 388 processor, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. For reference, the similar Yoga Pro 7 15ASH11 is around 10% cheaper with a comparable configuration.
Alternatively, Lenovo sells the Legion 7a 15ASH11 with the Ryzen AI Max+ 392, unlike its Yoga Pro 7 counterpart. While the pair contain the same Radeon 8060S iGPU. However, the Ryzen AI Max+ 392 has 50% more CPU cores and CPU threads than the Ryzen AI Max+ 388 with 12/24 and 8/16 combinations, respectively.
It is worth keeping in mind that Lenovo restricts Ryzen AI Max+ 388 configurations to 32 GB RAM. By contrast, up to 64 GB of RAM is afforded to the Ryzen AI Max+ 392. As a result, only the latter can assign up to 48 GB of VRAM to its Radeon 8060S iGPU. All variants ship with an 84 Wh battery though, as well as a 165 Hz and 1,100-nit OLED display. Also, the Legion 7a 15ASH11 supports 180 W USB Type-C charging and has dual SSD slots. Please see Lenovo's website for more details.
