Xiaomi has presented the POCO X6, one-half of the POCO X6 series with the POCO X6 Pro. For reference, Xiaomi has unveiled a third POCO smartphone today, which it sells as the POCO M6 Pro 4G. As expected, the POCO X6 shares most of its hardware with the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, albeit with a few noteworthy changes.
For example, the POCO X6 carries over its Redmi sibling's 6.67-inch and 1220p (2,712 x 1,220) AMOLED display. Additionally, the 'CrystalRes Flow' display provides a 120 Hz refresh rate with 1,800 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus coverage. Moreover, Xiaomi installs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, which it complements with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
However, the POCO X6 features a 64 MP optically stabilised (OIS) primary camera rather than the 200 MP equivalent found in the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. The two handsets contain the same 8 MP ultra-wide-angle, 2 MP macro and 16 MP front-facing cameras, though. Likewise, the POCO X6 powers its hardware with the same 5,100 mAh battery as its Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G sibling. Incidentally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G will arrive globally in a few days as part of Xiaomi's Redmi Note 13 series 'premier launch event'. Please note that the company has already released the handset in India alongside the Redmi Note 13 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G. The POCO X6 will be available at the following prices:
- 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage - INR 21,999/$249/€299
- 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage - INR 23,999/$269/€329
- 12 GB RAM/512 GB storage - INR 24,999/$319/€369
