The OneXFly F1 Pro has been out for just over a month now. However, it was only available through One-Netbook's OneXPlayer webshop. While that is a reputable source, the RMA process can be lengthy even for a faulty device.
Now though, it is possible to order via Droix, which is well known within the gaming handheld community for offering superior customer service than other sources. For instance, Droix ships directly from UK and US warehouses. Thus, an RMA should not require an expensive intercontinental trip and a lengthy trip through customs. Moreover, Droix is bound by UK or US consumer contract laws.
For reference, the OneXFly F1 Pro comes with a choice between AMD Ryzen 7 8840U, Ryzen AI 9 365 and Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APUs. Furthermore, One-Netbook offers its latest gaming handheld with 32 GB or 64 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1 TB, 2 TB or 4 TB of storage. On top of that, all SKUs come with a 48.5 Wh battery and a 7-inch OLED display that outputs at 1080p, 800 nits and 144 Hz.
Currently, the OneXFly F1 Pro starts at £1,080.95/$1,010.95 when ordered through Droix with a Ryzen 7 8840U, 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD. Please note that prices quickly rise when configuring more performant components like the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370. Accordingly, this APU complemented by 64 GB LPDDR5X RAM and a 4 TB SSD costs £1,980.95 in the UK and $1,840.95, including taxes. Incidentally, the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 is available in mini-PC form for $999 with dual M.2 SSD expansion.
