AOC has launched its latest monitor, the U32U1. A Red Dot Design Award winner, the 31.5-inch and 4K monitor has been designed in collaboration with Porsche Design.

AOC has unleashed its latest award-winning external monitor. Called the U32U1, the monitor is a 31.5-inch IPS panel that operates natively at 3,840 x 2,160 pixels in a 10-bit colour depth. The IPS panel also has a 60 Hz refresh rate and a 5 ms grey-to-grey response time.

The Red Dot Design Award winning monitor was created in partnership with Porsche Design. It has received DisplayHDR 600 certification, meaning that it should have a peak luminosity of at least 600 nits. According to AOC, it has a 1,300:1 contrast ratio too. The panel is also rated for 98% coverage of DCI-P3, 100% of AdobeRGB and 135% of sRGB.

The U32U1 has built-in speakers, an adjustable stand and integrated USB hub. The latter has three USB Type-A ports and a single USB Type-C that supports DisplayPort Alternate mode. There is also an HDMI 2.0 port that is complemented by HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort 1.4 ports.

The AOC U32U1 is available in Europe, the US and the UK for US$869, €899 and £829, respectively.
