NVIDIA launches GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 Edition - a limited run GPU

The cat, or rather the GPU, is out of the bag. The teaser for an upcoming RTX GPU is not the RTX 2077, but an RTX 2080 Ti with a Cyberpunk 2077 livery. According to a press release, NVIDIA and CD Projekt have partnered to "help spread positivity" and to "reward our fans". The RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 Edition appears to be just a regular RTX 2080 Ti though, as NVIDIA has not stated otherwise.

NVIDIA states that 200 RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 Edition GPUs will be produced, with none going up for general sale. Instead, they will be distributed by giveaways and charity auctions, with a view to "help good causes fund their charitable acts." NVIDIA values the limited-edition GPU at US$1,100 though.

To that end, NVIDIA is currently hosting a giveaway of 77 units. According to an @NVIDIAGeForce post, to be in with a chance of getting a GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 Edition you must do the following:

• If selected, you BOTH win these limited edition GPUs!
