The Galaxy S21 series's official unveiling is almost upon us, with Samsung set to announce the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra tomorrow. Samsung's January 14 launch date has not stopped WinFuture and Roland Quandt from leaking yet more information about the upcoming flagship smartphones, though.
This time, WinFuture and Quandt have published marketing materials of the Galaxy S21 Plus and Galaxy S21 Ultra that confirm some key changes from last year's models. As expected, Samsung has dropped the charger and headphones from this year's Galaxy S series, but the company will continue to include a USB Type-C cable.
Laughably, Samsung will promote that it bundles a Quick Start Guide and a SIM ejector pin in the box, which are two things that most people could actually do without. We expect Samsung to claim that removing headphones and chargers from the boxes of its smartphones will help protect the environment, although it will happily sell you both separately.
Ultimately, it has only been a few months since Samsung made fun of Apple for what is about to do with the Galaxy S21 series. Funnily enough, Samsung continues to include chargers with its laptops, despite the adoption of USB charging on models like the Galaxy Book Ion and Galaxy Book S.
