OnePlus has now lifted the lid on the OnePlus 15R after teasing the device's release during last week's OnePlus 15 global launch event. In short, the company has teased the design of its OnePlus 13R successor while only officially hinting that the device is 'coming soon'. As ever, OnePlus' various regional websites reveal a bit more detail ahead of time.
For instance, we can currently find OnePlus 15R teasers across Europe, India and the UK, signalling availability in those markets. However, no equivalents exist on OnePlus' many North American, African or Middle Eastern websites. Curiously, while OnePlus reports that the OnePlus 15R's launch page is coming soon on its global website, the same URL returns a 404 error on regional websites where the device is not currently being teased.
In other words, the extent to which the OnePlus 15R will replace the OnePlus 13R (curr. $599 on Amazon) remains up in the air for now. Setting that aside, one can already subscribe to receive a €200/£200 launch discount or a chance to win a OnePlus 15R for free. Based on the competition's terms and conditions, OnePlus plans to launch the OnePlus 15R after December 17, likely December 18 by the terms of the OnePlus 15's equivalent prize draw. Meanwhile, any early bird discounts will run until January 28, 2026, raising the question of when pre-orders will begin shipping at this stage.
