New Microsoft Surface Laptop spotted with Intel Panther Lake and Arc B390 graphics

Microsoft is expected to announce new Surface PCs soon. Recently, there were suggestions that the company had delayed its release plans 'by about a month'. Nonetheless, the first Surface Laptop 8 has now surfaced on Geekbench.
Previously, rumours indicated that Microsoft would only equip its new Surface Laptop with 'Core Ultra' variants from Intel's Panther Lake family. Currently, this tops out at the Core Ultra 7 366H with 16 CPU cores and a 4-core iGPU that barely outscores the Adreno X1-85 inside the existing Surface Laptop 7 (curr. $909 - renewed on Amazon).
However, multiple Geekbench listings report that Microsoft will offer Intel versions of the Surface Laptop 8 with up to the Core Ultra X7 368H. A 16-core processor too, the Core Ultra X7 368H swaps Intel's 4-core iGPU for a 12-core equivalent marketed as the Arc B390.
According to our benchmarks, the Arc B390 will provide the Surface Laptop 8 with a massive GPU performance uplift over its Intel and Snapdragon-backed predecessors. Moreover, the listings confirm that Microsoft will retain its 'for Business' branding for the Surface Laptop 8, as well as a 13.8-inch display. Reportedly, the next Surface Laptop will be available with optional OLED displays too.
